Recycled Tunnels
Across the UK, there are dozens of former railway tunnels that have been rehabilitated to host foot and cycle paths. They are listed below, along with links offering more information about them and their location.

Some of these tunnels are little more than long bridges, however ten extend for more than quarter-of-a-mile. These provide useful evidence as to how the challenges associated with Queensbury Tunnel's reuse might be managed.
For context, we've added Queensbury and Rhondda - also the focus of a reopening campaign - and some noteworthy tunnels in Europe and the US.
